A LARGE amount of stolen property was recovered at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Goode after search warrants were secured and the dwelling raided. One search took place November 23 and a second one on December 5, 1975. Among things recovered were tools taken from the local high school, a sander and stereo system belonging to Vierling, grandfather’s clock, guns and other household articles from the Williams residence, said Watson.
The Goodes were charged with numerous counts of conspiracy and several of breaking and enterings and grand larceny. Each of them ' were cited 16 times. Short was charged on ten counts in Rappahannock, he said.
Mr. Goode and Short are presently under indictment in Page for arson and breaking and entering. The Goodes are awaiting a preliminary hearing in Page for two counts each of receiving stolen property taken from Rockingham, Rockbridge, Page and Rappahannock counties, said the officer.
AT THE last term of the Warren County grand jury four indictments were handed down against Foster, one for breaking and entering and three for grand larceny, according to Watson.
