Mrs. James Massie, a member of Rappahannock’s School Board, answered questions concerning the proposed kindergarten program in the county and Edwin Eastham III, Wakefield District’s representative on the Board of Supervisors was also present to offer his assistance and service on behalf of the Chester Gap community.□
