Mrs. Grace Pearl Reid of Washington, Va. who had recently been making her home in Culpeper, died March 5, 1976 in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She was 82, the widow of Charles Garrison Reid, Sr. She was a native of Page County, the daughter of the late Joseph Samuel and Martha Mae Grandstaff Bradley.
Mrs. Reid taught in the public schools of Rappahannock County, Page County and in the town of Shenandoah. She was a member of the Washington United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs.. Paul Miller of Flint Hill, Mrs. F. Downing Wood, Washington, Va. and Mrs. Bruce Bowie of Culpeper; two sons, Joseph B. Reid of McLean and Thomas B. Reid of Bartlesville, Okla.; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandA
