THE Highway Safety Division urges all drivers to take advantage of the savings in time and gasoline by using the new law. And the Division recommends the following steps for making a safe right turn on red:
1. Come to a complete stop at the red light. When you are behind another turning vehicle, never proceed without first coming to a complete stop.
2. Make sure there is not a “NO TURN ON RED” sign posted at the intersection.
3. Check to see that no cars
