Two people were tried and convicted in Rappahannock General District Court Friday on four charges of food stamp fraud. Christopher Scott-Duns and Michele Scott-Duns, formerly of Rappahannock but now residing in Prince William County, received a one year sentence on each of the charges, with the sentences suspended provided the defendants repay the full value of the food stamps which were fraudently acquired.
