Producers in Rappahannock County have been reminded t<o report to the Rappahannock County ASCS office any wheat or barley acreage that will be grazed beyond the final grazing dates. The final grazing date for wheat is March 10 and for barley, March 5. This report should be made if the grain is to be used for any purpose other than grain for harvest.
If this report is not made the acreage grazed will be counted toward the farm’s normal production, which is used in determining payment in the event of a disaster. A report is not necessary if the wheat or barley is not graYOUTH
