I have met all the requirements that I can find out about but each time I think that I have finalized the steps something else will be brought out.
I. started this project last fall and spring is almost here. I would also like to correct the - statement by RLEP that I am an .outsider. I was born in this part of the country and have made my home in Amissville, Va. since 1973.
It is not my intention to do anything to destroy the beauty of Rappahannock County but it is my intent to provide a few small healthy homesites to those people who cannot afford to buy farms.
