Mr. Davis for what he perceives as his responsibilities, nor has it printed any expression of support for any of the arguments that have been stated. We have merely tried to report, as accurately and completely as possible, the issue and the positions taken by the Commonwealth’s Attorney, the Sheriff, and the members of the Board of Supervisors.
