The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel R. Keyser and the bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. Smallwood, all of Winchester. Mrs. Addie Keyser of Washington is the grandmother of the bride. The Keysers are former residents of Rappahannock.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a tranditional long gown of white organza trimmed in chantilly lace and featuring a high neckline and bishop sleeves. The full skirt was accented with tiny rows of matching lace and lace edged the hemline. She wore a Camelot cap of Chantilly lace which held the veil of imported silk illusion edged in lace.
Serving as maid of honor was Kathy Dwyer of Sperryville and bridesmaids were Debra Dowd, Velma Whitmire, Pauletta Smith and Frances Berzy.
Robert Smallwood was best man for his son and ushers included Danny Keyser, Tommy Smallwood, Terry Whitmire and Gavin Dowd.
A reception was held in the social hall of the church. The couple will make their home in Stephens City.
