PARCEL NO. TWO: All that certain parcel of land, together with all rights, rights of way, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, described in f the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of RappahJuinock County, Virginia, as containing 1.54 acres, more or less, and lying a short distance West of State Route 522 in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said property now or formerly being bordered on the North by Ella Williams, James D. Williams, and Albordered on the North by Ella William*, bert S. Wines (Lot No. 5 • Sealock), on the East by Ora Reager, on the South by Earl Louis Williams, and on the West by State Route 610 and State Route 660; and being the same property conveyed to D. H. Williams by deed dated April 3, 1914, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 30, at Page 63, LESS, HOWEVER, those certain off conveyances labeled “a” through “h” both inclusive, which are more particularly described in the aforesaid Order entered January 28, 1977.
Each of the above parcels will be sold “in gross” and not “by the acre.”
