For the purposes of this chapter "artificial lure with single barbless hook" shall mean any single hook lure from which the barb has been removed or rendered inoperable and shall include manufactured or handmade flies, spinners, plugs, spoons and fascimiles of live animals, but shall not be construed to include artificial fish eggs.
