Maurice Biddle, former - chairman of the WSA appeared before the board to provide an update on the progress of Sperryville's Sewer plans. Biddle resigned on June 30 after announcing the loss of almost $900,000 in federal funds for the sewer project and citing the lack of interest by other WSA members as the reason for his leaving.
