Chairman of the Republican Parly of Rappahannock County, pursuant to the plan of the Republican Party of Virginia, do hereby call a mass meeting of all citizens of Rappahannock County. Virginia who are members of the Republican Party of Virginia, to be held in the Courtroom of the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia on Friday August 21 1981 at 8 00pm , E D T . for the following purposes
(1) The election of four (4) delegates and tour (4) alternate delegates to represent Rappahannock County at the Eighteenth Legislative District Convention to be • held at the Mimslyn Hotel at Luray, Virginia at 7 30 p m EDT September 1 1981. for the purpose of nominating a Republican candidate for the office of delegate from the Eighteenth Legislative District to tne House cf Delegates of the Commonwealth of Virginia
