The vast majority of RCHS stu-, dents, Dr. Gangel stressed, “are good, responsible young people and1 wouldn’t be involved” with use of illegal substances. “We’re doing all we can” to help those students and keep drugs and alcohol out of the county’s schools, he said.
“It is the sincere goal of the School Board, the administration and staff,” Dr. Gangel said, “that all Rappahannock County schools be drug-free. The cooperative activity with the Customs officials is only one step in0 an ongoing effort toward the goal of drug-free schools.”
