Pet of the week
A yellow medium-size lab wearing a brown flea collar was found on Dec. 24 at the intersection of Route 229 and Route 621. It has been taken to the Rappahannock Animal Shelter. The shelter has many other pets for adoption. All have their shots and are heartworm tested regularly. The shelter is located near the county landfill in Amissville.
