The application had been forwarded to the BZA by the Planning Commission for approval. • The board denied a request for a variance for a bam to be built by William and Kimberly Green of Boston. The board could not make a finding for the first standard under granting a variance — hardship approaching confiscation. The board found the bam could be located on other sites on the property.
