1908 in Rappahannock County, a daughter of the late Samuel Frazier and Jennie Fincham Frazier.
She was retired from health care and was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
Her husband was the late Howard Lee Jenkins.
Survivors include one son B.B. Jenkins of Culpeper; one daughter Mary G. Childress of Deland, Fla; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Dec. 20 at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Daniel Courtney officiating.

Cebill Mason Jones Yowell, 93, of Etlan, formerly of Mine Run, died Sunday, Dec. 13 at her residence.
She was bom in Orange County on March 23, 1905, a daughter of the late J. Fred Mason and Annabelle Chewning Mason.
She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Mine Run and also a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Haywood.
She was employed by C&P Telephone Company for over 23 years; worked the switchboard at the U.S. Capitol for eight years; ran the Tourist
