ORDER OF PUBLICATION
THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land (Tax Map Parcel 23-10), together with any buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, the property being located on the State Roaa leading from Amissville to Crest Hill, and known as the Anderson land, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a stone in the line of the Murphy farm and corner to lot known as the seventeen acre lot; thence with the line of the Murphy land S 59 % E 45.2 poles to a stone on the east side of the above named road corner to Devers; thence with the line of Devers S 26 % W 162 poles to stone in said line corner to the Murphy farm.N 49 % W 104 poles to a large red oak, an old corner, N 29 % E 80.4 poles to a stone comer to a 17 acre lot; thence with the line of the 17 acre lot as located by J. E. Sutphin, Surveyor, (by survey dated November 11, 1918) S 59 % E 745.8 feet to a stone to be planted on a hillside, N 29 % E 1000 feet to the beginning containing 78.5 acres by an old survey (land not calculated by said Sutphin).
AND BEING the same and identical land conveyed to A. F. Grigsby, John H. Grigsby, Sam B. Grigsby and J. W. Grigsby by deed from A. P. Grigsby and Fannie R. Grigsby, his wife, dated November 11, 1918 and recorded March 8, 1919, in Deed Book 29, at page 183, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Complainants to ascertain in what county, city or state the Defendant NORMA CARTER is, without effect; and,
It further appearing that the above-named Defendants ROY THOMPSON and SELENDIA (SELEANIA) THOMPSON are not residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and their addresses are unknown; and,
