preparatory work can be completed before the close of the Avon Hall purchase option period on March 12, 2002.
Tbwn Attorney John Bennett raised the possibility of asking the trustees of the Carrigan estate for additional time on the option so that financing arrangements can be completed. Mayor Willis said that he would obtain additional information on the project, and would draft a schedule for public hearings on the execution of the option and on the wastewater treatment system, and would present them at the January meeting of the Tbwn Council.
