He was bom in Rappahannock County on Dec. 15, 1953, a son of the late Walter Edward Spicer and Susie Virginia Jeffries Spicer.
He was employed as a landscaper with Guest Services.
He is survived by his wife, Katrina Spicer of Amissville and Winchester; one stepdaughter, Rhiannon Hitt of Winchester; one step-grandson, Jarrett William Hitt of Winchester; a brother, Walter E. Spicerof Amissville; three sisters including his twin sister, Pearl Counts of Rixeyville, Christine Ry&n, also of Rixeyville and Margaret Smith of Hammond, La.; three nieces; two nephews and one great-nephew.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Moser Funeral Home .* in Warrenton. Interment was at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Jeffersonton.
