Mrs. Wiltshire was bom Nov. 10, 1915 in Gold Dale, son of the late Robert Dulaney and Cleo Pearl Chewning Wiltshire.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was the husband of the late Claudia Bernice Wiltshire.
Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Lynn Vick of Haymarket and two grandchildren.
Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
