Sixth, there is an opinion by some that roads should be paved, rather than gravel. This is personal opinion.
The first four reasons do not seem to be valid as justification for additional paving. The other two do not seem to be sufficient reasons to choose what one property owner on Grimsley Road wants and ignore the opinion of the 10 or 12 others who do not want additional paving.
