The Novum Baptist Church of Reva Way is featuring a special program on Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 7:30 p.m. to celebrate the arrival of the New Year.
Adults will be treated to a Gospel Music Concert featuring Carlos Webb and the Gospel Strings with the John Triplett Band.
The youth will view Christian films and have popcorn and will also operate the Novum Ice Cream Parlor.
There also will be contests such as the “Black-Eye Pea Cook-Off.”

Novum Baptist also will have a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service and communion on Wednesday, Dec. 24 beginning at 7 p.m.
