The largest institution of higher education in Virginia, Northern Virginia Community College serves over 60,000 credit students with a comprehensive array of courses and associate degree programs in the arts and sciences, public services, technologies, nursing and allied health. The college has six campuses—Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Medical Education, and Woodbridge—as well as an Extended Learning Institute, and College Administration. Opening Spring 2006 are new Centers in Reston and Arlington.
