The Culpeper Madison Rappahannock Farm Show Board has bestowed its “Youth of the Year Award” on a spark plug of a teenager named Carly Day.
Carly was active in two 4H clubs and acted as a teen leader in both of them. She was a teen counselor for the three 4-H camping programs that were offered in Rappahannock County and participated in 4-H Congress.
