The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community (RAAC) brings “The Devil Wears Prada” to the Theatre on Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, Friday January 5, at 8 p.m. Meryl Streep tears up the landscape as demanding fashion editor, Miranda Priestley, of “Runway” magazine. Miranda is a terror to everyone who is around her, as is quickly depicted in the opening scenes of the movie.
