Ride from
Welboume
Sunday
The Snickersville Hounds will host a trail ride from Welboume near Middleburg this Sunday; June 15, starting at 11 ajn, Historians will discuss the history of the manor house along the ride to the Goose Creek bridge, where an infamous cavalry battle took place June 21, 1863. A light lunch will be served afterwards. Proceeds benefit Welboume restoration fund.
One June 29, SH meets at Mosby Springs Farm at 9 a m. for a trail ride, with tailgate to follow. A July 13 ride is from Creekside, with the location for a July 27 to be announced.
