I would like to take the time to personally thank each and every individual who helped make the seventh grade graduation party at the Washington Fire Hall a huge success. There were approximately 60 classmates who joined together for a luau party in celebration of their graduation from Rappahannock County Elementary School on June 6. The class had a wonderful time, which included dancing, games, fellowship, fun and great food.
A huge thank you goes out to the following: Washington Volunteer Fire Department for allowing us to use the fire hall; Peggy Atkins for making such wonderful cakes; Linda Dwyer, , Cathy Pullen, Michelle Dodson, Wanda Snead, Helene Penza and Cynthia Seay, who catered and served the entire luau menu.
