Mr. Turner was president of Tri-State Title & Escrow with offices in Washington, Va.. and Vienna. Va.
Mr. Turner was born August 27, 1951 in Pampa. Texas, to Billie and Weldon “Monk” Turner.
He was a 1969 graduate of Pampa High School, and then attended West Texas State University in Canyon. Ttexas.
Mr. Turner was a warrant officer with the U. S. Army and served as a helicopter pilot He had been a resident of Washington. D. C. for over 30 years where he owned and operated two title companies. Also he attended the National Cathedral Church in Washington.
He is survived by his mother, Billie Turner of Pampa, Texas, aunts and uncles and numerous nieo.o and nephews.
