Cutting event
J bar C Ranch in Culpeper will host an AQHA-sanctioned cutting event this Saturday, June 28. Classes for junior and senior horse, novice, amateur and youth are planned.
Classes will be followed by a fresh cattle futurity and open practice sessions.

Famley sale
Famley Farm and the Shenandoah Pony Stud will offer a production sale July 12 in White Pbst. Pure- and part-bred Welsh and Dartmoor ponies are on offer at the auction. The last Famley sale was held in 2005.
Famley Farm has a 70-year history of producing sportponies. Joan Dunning, founder of Famley Farm, celebrated her 100th birthday this spring.
