Last ww'k’s editorial urged the
School Board and the Board of Supervisors to put the deal to fund lights at the Rappahannock County public schools’ (RCPS) athletic fields “under a bright, searching light before obligating the county to it.”
How bright must the light be? All of the questions raised in the editorial have already been addressed at three public meetings.
