• In last week's story about an incident at the March 21 Piedmont races, attending veterinarian Dr. Ian Harrison was misquoted. Harrison said that foxhunters' timber winner Quick Line “likely suffered a ruptured dorsal aorta,” not a heart attack, at the finish line before he veered to the right into the tailgating section, injuring four spectators. Harrison later explained that a ruptured dorsal aorta has a very different connotation in veterinary terminology. • A photo caption in the March 26 edition about Alisha Stanley’s winning entry in the RCPS Art Show should have read: Alisha Stanley won best-in-show in the Middle School, three-dimensional art division, grades 6 and 7 at the show held on March 19.
