Public Notice to the Town of Washington s Sewer Users Beginning next week and the following week the Town of Washington will advertise assessments for sewer users in Phase I and it may contain the name of the property owner and the amount of the assessment. Any property owner wishing to have their property and assessment NOT APPEAR IN THE AD should send a written letter to the Town by email at washinqtonva@earthlink.net or by fax at 540-675-1742 stating the following; The undersigned is authorized for all owners of the property commonly known as [Insert property address] to waive published notice of our name and amount of the assessment. We understand the Town will mail us a notice of assessment instead of advertising the notice and we hereby accept such ma'l notice as legally sufficient.
