The Old Dominion Point-to-Point, sixth race meeting and mid-event of the Virginia Spring Steeplechase Circuit, will be run April 7 at Ben Venue Farm. Thanks to the generosity of Thomas L. and Louise King East ham, the Old Dominion Foint-to-Point goes off annually at the farm. Louise Eastham and Barbara Wayland presented the trophy to Patti Cassel, owner-rider of Splashy Lea and winner of the 1983 Ben Venue Ladies' Race. The price of the RCHS renovation project would go up $467,302 if the new gymnasium is built of bricks and mortar, according to figures supplied by the project architect. At
