Both are willing to make room for a visitor center, the RNPC at its Link community center at US. 211 and 522 in Sperryville, Niessen at the retail/arts center he’s planning to open in the spring at the former Sperryville Antiques Market building a few’ blocks away off Water Street.

Besides the location issue, two “themes” that Brown said were evident in responses to his quick email survey of WHVA members, were: the visitor center should be located at a “neutral, non-business location," and management of the center should be by some impartial board, association or committee, “so that all businesses to be served by a visitor center are confident that they're going to be treated equally.”
