•Spay and neuter van trip sponsored by Rappahannock Animal Welfare League. RAWL offers simple and affordable spay/neuter services to Rappahannock and neighboring county dogs and cats. Partnered with the Shenandoah Low Cost Spay/Neuter Veterinary Clinic, it coordinates trips for 20 or more animals at a time. The program presents animal owners with a chance to spay/neuter at a fraction of the ordinary cost (fees range from $50 to $90). Preregister no later than Nov. 28, and payment required.
