Mrs Glenn will join her husband later. Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Carson and son. Gene, of Appomattox, and Dan Carson, of VPI. were dinner guests in the home of Mrs D. S Glenn. Sunday. Miss Linda Taylor spent several days, this week, with her cousin, j Dan Cox. in Farmville. Mrs. B. T. Taylor, of Farmville was a guest in the home of Mrs O P Farrar. Monday afternoon Mrs. Mary Glenn Taylor and Miss Nancy Taylor, who are visi tors in the home of Mrs. Etta R Glenn, motored to Virginia Beaeli Tuesday, for the day. Miss Mary Lou Vaughan, who is ! attending college in North Caro lina. spent the Christmas vacation in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Vaughan. Miss Lizzie Young, of Roanoke, visited her mother. Mrs. Bernice Young, during the holidays. Babe Chick, who was a recen' patient at Univerfsty of Virginia Hospital, has returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jones en tertained guests for dinner. Sat - urday evening. They were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Moore and children and Mrs. R D Williams and daughter, Pam. of Alexandria. A B Cornell, of Petersburg. Mr anti Mrs. C. R. Maillet and Joan Cox. of Farmville. Mr. and Mrs. C. R Maillet are in Florida to attend the Orange Bowl game, this week.
