January Plentiful Will Help Budgets Headlines on the U. S. Depart ment of Agriculture's plentiful foods list for January are: Pork and pork pr&iurts: oranges; tan gerines and raisins. Thus, New Year's dinner might feature a baked ham with raisin and orange sauce, as both festive and thrifty. Tangerines are tailored by nature for lunch boxes or between-meal snacks because they are so con venient to peel and separate into segments for eating out of hand. Also expected in plenty for the first month of the new year arc: Domestic dried figs: grapefruits: almonds: filberts; walnuts; and honey for sweeting. Eggs will be more plentiful and lower in price than in recent months. Also plentiful will be heavy turkeys and frozen fish.
