HOLLAND Gale-tossed tidal s.as-smashed down seawalls and flooded hun dreds of towns and vast farm lands in England, Holland and Belgium this week in one of the worst weather disasters in the memory of Europeans. Storms and floods already have claimed nearly 1.600 lives in Holland. England and Belgium. A U. S.
