Buckingham County, Virginia, lying on the eastern side of the hard-surfaced road No. 659 run ning by the residence of Dr. T. F. Patteson and just across said road from residence, adjoining lands of Luther W. Patteson and others, and rear Ransons Post Office in said county, to the pay ment of the funeral expenses of said Sarah Ayres, deceased, of $180 00. and any other debts which may be proved herein against the estate of said Sarah Ayres, deceased, and the costs of tliis syit. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defen- j dants Edward Jones, John R. 1 Jones and Leo M. Jones are not resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they do appear lien; within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
