Powhatan Takes 5-1 Win From Louisa Powhatan took its third Dis trict 2 win Tuesday afternoon with a 5-1 victory over Louisa. The Indians scored in the sec ond and third innings and then picked up three runs in the fourth* inning. Louisa scored its lone tal ly in the last inning. Archie Goodwyn was winning pitcher and he went the distance for the winners. Louisa catcher Ralph Poindex ter got two of the four hits Gcod wyn allowed during the game Poindexter got a double end a single. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Phaup. and son. of High Point. N. C .
