Harvesting will probably be | stretched out over more time, and chances of meeting volume compe tition from other producing areas are increased. Strawberries Strawberries on the Shore were hurt by frost last week, almost surely enough to delay volume pick ing as much as two weeks. Favor able weather between now and then is the only hope for overcoming the damage Acreage is eleven per cent above last year. Tomatoes Some tomato fields were badly hurt by the frost; some hurt none at all. Replanting is under way in some places.
