Charlotte Sheriff, William Otey Pillow,, Dies in Keysville William Otey Pillow. 67 for 18 years Charlotte county sheriff, died Thursday at his home in Keysville. Funeral services were held April ilt) at Asii Camp Bap tist church, with burial in Mid way Baptist church, cemetery near Old Wells. Mr. Pillow was a native of Charlotte county and a deacon of Ash Camp Baptist church. He is survived by his widow. Mrs. Ruth Harris Pillow : one son. Wilfred Pillow, of Homestead. Pa.: two daughters.
