Arthur Jackson of Harrisburg spent the holiday with his mother, Mrs. Margaret Jackson.
Curtis Jett of Pittsburgh spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jett at Huntly.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Earl Jordan wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary E. Jordan, to Archie Finch of Cleveland, Ohio. Miss Jordan is a graduate of George W. Carver Regional High School. At the present time ^ she is attending night school at Cardoza High School where she is taking typing and public speeking. Mr. Finch is a graduate of Cardoza High School and is also attending night school at Cardoza Hign school, where he is also taking public speaking.
Miss Jordan is employed as a clerk at a valet. Mr. Finch is employed at the U. S. Capitol in the Senate Library as a clerk.
No date has been set for the wedding, but it will take place in ■the near future.
On Easter Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Jordan and daughters were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Roberts of Beaver Heights, Maryland where they met their future son-in-law.

Mr. and Mrs. William Braddock Jr. of Washington, D. C. were guest Sunday of Mrs. Braddock’s mother, Mrs. Daisy Myers of Flint Hill.
