' The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County adopted again on July 2, 1952, the ordinance pursuant to section 262A ofthe Virginia Tax - Code, which stated that, every person firm or corporation shall be required to obtain from the Commissioner of Revenue (Roberta K. Massie), a written permit before commencing thejconstruction. repair or improve"Inent of any building or structure located within the county. A violation of this ordinance will be subject to a fine not exceeding $25. No fee will be charged by the Commissioner of Revenue and no permit will be required for any building the total eosthf which is less than $500.
