Dr. and Mrs. Donald Pierson, who hive spent many years in Brazil as the representatives of the Smithsonian Institute, are expected to arriye in Sperryvlle on September 19 to occupy “Apple Tree Cottage," the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hening,
who Will be leaving shortly thereafter to spend the winter in Alabama and Florida.
Dr. Pierson has been studying rural life in Brazil and has written a number -of books. His name appears in “Who’s Who in America.” The ^Piersons plan to spend the winter here.
