All members of the Women’s Club •f Rapahannock are urged to be present at a Call Meeting at the Washington Elementary School on Monday, October 13 at 7:30 Business of vital importance, Julia Boddie, president.

There will be a chicken dinner given at the home of Mrs. Francis Carter, Sunday, October 12, starting 12 noon. 75c in and $1 out, sponsored by the Usher Board of the First Baptist Church. All welcome.

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Carter attended Mb Vernon Church, Front Royal, on Sunday.

Ned Jackson had the misfortune tb loose two of his fingers while working in a saw mill in Burke.

Mrs. Thomas Wigingtan spent'Friday with her friend, Mrs. Hattie Jackson.

Samuel Glasker, a student Virginia State College, Petersburg, spent a few hours in his hometown Sunday evening.
