Keith Houston, associate extension dairyman of VPI, who was in the county for October 31st meeting with a group of dairymen interested in Artificial breeding of dairy cattle, advises that: “There is partically no hope of getting service from the Culpeper organization as H. FL Hawkins, the technician in that aera is completely loaded.’’
This means that Rappahannock will have to form its own “Artificial Breeding Association” if the service is to become available to local milk shippers.
