Mr. and Mrs. George Ficklin of Amissville, gave a dinner Saturday, January 10, in honor of their son, A 2/c Henry W. Ficklin, a member of the Air Force, who is now home on leav'e. He has spent eleven months in Korea. He wishes a happy and prosperous New Year to all of his friends. The guests from Washington were Mr. and Mrs. Samuel L. Ficklin, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ficklin and two sons, Mrs. Mary Allen and two daughters, John Ficklin, Mrs. Annie Fveyser and three sons and Mrs. Valley Ficklin Smith. Guests from Amissville were Mrs. Rebecca Jackson, Mrs. Maggie Bailey, Mrs. J. L.
