A meeting of fruit growers will be held at the court house at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night, March 25 for the purpose of discussing labor needs with J. Marvin Powell, representative of the Virginia Employment Service. AH interested land owners should let their wants be known so Mr. Powell can make labor recruiting plans. G. D. Kite, Associate Agricultural Engineer, in charge of Farm Shructures at VPI, will lead a discussion on Silos and Silo Construction at the Court House next Thursday night, March 26 at 7:30 o'clock. In addition a movie produced by the Portland Cement people showing methods of reinforcing walls to trench silos will be shown. AIL interested farmers and veterans’ class members will bo<welcomed.
